VRAM Compressed Html 5 build

If you are having black/missing texture problems on mobile devices. Try this version.

I set the texture to vram compressed mode. This introduce artifacting on the images, but significantly reduce vram usage.

If this fixes your blackscreen/missing texture problems, do let me know. That way I would know for sure vram was why.
